1. Scope of the Waiting List

1.1 The Waiting List is a pre-registration service only. It does not constitute an offer to provide investment services, access to any financial product, or any contractual commitment by Pipelime to grant you access to the Pipelime platform or any investment opportunity.

1.2 Registering on the Waiting List does not guarantee that you will be granted access to the Pipelime platform or any of its services. Access will be subject to eligibility criteria, regulatory requirements, and Pipelime's sole discretion.

2. Information You Provide

2.1 By registering on the Waiting List, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your details if they change.

2.2 You represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to submit the information provided, and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

3.1 The personal data you provide when joining the Waiting List will be processed by Pipelime SA in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available at pipelime.ch/privacy. By submitting your details, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Notice.

3.2 We will use your information solely for the purpose of managing the Waiting List, notifying you of platform availability, and, where you have given your consent, sending you relevant updates about Pipelime's services.

3.3 You may withdraw from the Waiting List and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@pipelime.ch. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to your request.

4. No Investment Advice

4.1 Nothing in this Agreement, on the Waiting List registration page, or in any communication from Pipelime in connection with the Waiting List constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to invest in any financial product or security.

4.2 Pipelime does not provide investment advice. Any future investment activity conducted through the Pipelime platform will be subject to separate terms and conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All rights, title, and interests in and to the Waiting List registration page and any content or materials made available in connection with it are the exclusive property of Pipelime and its licensors, including Run Capital Partners LTD and its group entities. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use Pipelime's name, trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Pipelime makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Waiting List, including as to its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Waiting List is provided on an as-is basis.

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pipelime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your registration on, or removal from, the Waiting List.

7. Changes and Termination

7.1 Pipelime reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Waiting List at any time without notice. We may amend these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated version at pipelime.ch. Your continued participation in the Waiting List following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

7.2 Pipelime may remove you from the Waiting List at any time at its sole discretion, including if you are found to have provided inaccurate information or to have violated this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.

9. Confidentiality Notice

9.1 The information transmitted through the Waiting List is intended only for the person(s) or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material. Any review, retransmission, dissemination, or other use of this information by persons or entities other than the intended recipient is prohibited. If you receive any communication in error, please contact info@pipelime.ch and delete the material from any device.
