Pipelime is an alternative investment marketplace providing access to pre-IPO and private market investment opportunities — including secondary market block trades, SPV notes and feeder fund structures — for banks, family offices and institutional investors.
Pipelime operates as a joint venture with Run Capital Partners Group, which provides the regulatory licences, fund administration infrastructure and compliance framework under which Pipelime's investment activities are conducted.

2. What This Notice Covers
This notice explains how we collect and use your personal data when you:
- visit the Pipelime website (pipelime.ch)
- join the Pipelime waiting list
- contact us by email or through our platform
- register as an investor or bank partner and access investment opportunities on the Platform
It covers data collected through pipelime.ch and associated communications. It does not cover data processed independently by Run Capital Partners Group entities under their own privacy notices.
3. What Personal Data We Collect
3.1 When you join the waiting list or contact us
- Name and email address
- Company or institution name
- Your message or enquiry content
- IP address and basic browser/device data (collected automatically)
3.2 When you register as an investor or bank partner
- Full name, date of birth, nationality
- Contact details: address, telephone number
- Financial and investment information
- Identity verification documents (passport / ID card) — for KYC/AML compliance
- Bank account and settlement details (DVP and non-DVP transactions)
- Beneficial ownership information
- Investor qualification questionnaire responses — to assess whether you qualify as a professional or eligible investor under applicable securities law

5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your personal data only where necessary:
- Run Capital Partners Group entities — platform operations, licensing compliance and fund administration
- Run AM S.à r.l. — as AIFM for fund structures where applicable
- Pipelime (Boundless SARL) — for SPV note securitisation structures
- IT service providers and hosting infrastructure — acting as data processors under contract
- Regulatory authorities — where required by law
- Run Capital Partners KYC/AML team — for feeder fund identity verification
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. International Data Transfers
Run Capital Partners Group operates across the EU (Luxembourg, Italy) and the UK. Your personal data is processed exclusively within the EU and the UK. No data is transferred to the USA or other third countries.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
